When you submit a design, start an order, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, brand or IP, email, product interest, quantity, and any artwork or files you upload.
We also collect basic, anonymized usage data (e.g. pages viewed) to improve the site.
To respond to your inquiry, prepare design renders and quotes, fulfill orders, and — only if you opt in — to send you relevant updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your information by emailing us.
